Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. By viewing the range of publications and clicking
"Buy Now" on any items that you wish to buy, you can put them into the shopping
cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will
be asked create a new account or sign-in if you are an existing customer.
Quantity Discounts
We are pleased to be able to offer substantial discounts for larger value purchases in a single transaction as follows:
Total spend £100 - £249 = 10% off the cost of your books.
Total spend £250- £449 = 12.5% off the cost of your books.
Total spend £500 plus = 15% off the cost of your books.
All discounts will be automatically knocked-off your final Shopping Cart total price during the Checkout process.
Remember, postage and packaging charges are calculated at 10% of the total order value. Orders over £100 are sent post free.
Credit Card Security
All Credit and Debit card transactions made on out site are processed using PayPal, one of the web’s leading online payment providers. PayPal uses encryption technology called SSL (Secure Socket Layering), this means that the details that you enter when making your order are encrypted on your PC. At no time are the details able to be read by any other party along the internet. Check that you have SSL enabled by running your cursor over the padlock, which you will see towards the lower right hand side of the screen in your browser when you reach the final page of the checkout process.

Our Complaints Procedure
Should you have a complaint, we will endeavour to acknowledge and resolve
it within seven days from the date of receipt.

our latest catalogues and offers and for customer services.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

trader in the future.

This information can be collected when you place an order or contact us.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent.

you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it immediately.
The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with
our internal security policy.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic
Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We use persistent cookies which keep track of your shopping basket contents
and your name, address, etc between visits to the site, to make your visit faster
and easier. We do not store credit card details online. The information collected
in this way cannot be used to identify you (except for the details you submit
after placing an order).
